This is eighth time we have moved house and I can honestly say this is the best experience I have ever had. From initial contact, through to the post completion of sale, these guys have been completely without fault! Polite, prompt, pro-active, they chased down every lead and arranged every viewing. They employed a range of tactics to make sure the property was continually in front of any potential purchaser, including running the property as a feature on several occasions. They also assisted in making sure the solicitors didn't dawdle!

GoogleI have used many estate agents in my time, but have never received such a prompt, professional and effective service. These guys don't just stick a board in your garden, they're with you every step of the way, promoting your property using every medium possible and engaging with solicitors to help you realise your goals - if I'm ever selling again - I know who my first call will be to!

GoogleDavid Patterson and his team exceeded what we would have expected from a Vendor's estate agent. They guided us through many issues with kindness, cheerfulness, politeness and helpfulness. Without their help we would have experienced far more stress than we actually did. Not only did they go the extra mile they went to the moon and back!
