GoogleWe recently purchased our first home, and we would like to express our gratitude to Jonny for his assistance throughout the process. He was exceptionally helpful, prompt, and provided detailed responses to our inquiries. Jonny was always accessible when we needed him, and, most importantly, he was a pleasure to work with. Thank you, Jonny.

FacebookI have never sold a house before, I choose Taylor Patterson because David was very experienced and put me completely at ease on our first meeting. From the start nothing was a problem and he made sure everything was stress free while keeping me up to date at all times. Once David was assigned to selling my house, it was himself I dealt with from beginning to end, Tracy in the office is lovely and was very helpful. Taylor Patterson are professional and competent to sell any house, my rating is 5*, I am so glad I went with them, honestly you won’t be disappointed. Thank you for everything David and the staff of Taylor Patterson.

GoogleIncredibly happy with Taylor Patterson. Jonathan was super friendly and knowledgeable and recommended that we view a similarly property round the corner from one we had booked in to see. Of course it was an excellent idea because we ended up putting an offer in on the one Jonathan suggested and getting it. The whole experience was brilliant and I'd definitely recommend this estate agents to anyone!

GoogleDavid of Taylor & Pattersons Estate agents provided an excellent experience purchasing from their Vendor. At one point pulling the sale back from what seemed unlikely. Maybe wouldnt have got the house of our dreams in a wonderful location. A professional & Friendly Service went above and beyond to assist making this happen for us all. Thanks David and Team From Paul & Sylvia

GoogleI used David & his team to sell my house & I couldn’t be happier with the result. They looked after everything for me as I was out of the country from before the sale was agreed, until after it settled. David was in almost daily communication with me via WhatsApp & answered any questions I had within minutes. He chased up requirements from both the purchaser & solicitor & always had answers. I thoroughly recommend using Taylor Patterson if you have to sell your property.

GoogleMy Fiancée and I have been in the market looking to buy a house for around the past three years. Upon meeting David at the first viewing nothing was ever an issue and at no stage did we ever feel pressured into making decisions. Everything from start to finish with Taylor Patterson was made simple, any questions or requests we asked were answered promptly, we gave the house a second viewing before putting down our offer and nothing was ever a hassle, working to a time that suited us. Would recommend 👍

GoogleWe have just sold our house with Taylor Patterson. They were brilliant from beginning to end. Before selecting them I did some research on other estate agents in the area. TP stood out as having a lot more properties sale agreed and sold in our price bracket than most others. Jonny concentrated most of the viewings on Tuesdays, Wednesday and Thursdays around 11.30 - 2.00. This really minimised disruption to family life. We were sale agreed around 4 weeks after going on the market. Unfortunately 7 weeks after that the buyer changed their mind. Jonny had us sale agreed for a second time within a week, we were even able to complete the sale on the original date we planned to complete on. We were very happy with the price our house was marketed and sold at. We would have no hesitation recommending TP as they were just wonderful.
