Very professional, the whole team did a great job of selling our house , especially Jodie and Henry. They weren’t the cheapest quote we got but we went with them as Henry took great interest in our house and made us feel at ease we’d get the price we wanted. Jodie took over the for the viewing and bidding process and we couldn’t fault the work she put in. She also kept us informed every step of the way without us prompting. Very Disappointed by the service in which me and my fiancé Magdalena have been treated. Made us feel like we were criminals, or trying to adopt a small child. Rachael Stewart who was handling our case/attempt to rent a house asked our guarantor for three years of payment details of his own business. Since when has a guarantor ever have to be asked of such extensive and personal aggressive questioning? More than ten attempts to contact Rachael was answered by a more pleasant young lady by the name of Sonia I believe. Rachael was either off sick, on her lunch break, not able to take the call right now. Or out on call herself, I drive myself and Magdalena to work each day which takes us three hours. All we wanted was somewhere closer to work and a quiet and peaceful happy life. We even drove and went out of our way to meet with the owners of the house. And they seemed to think we we're a perfect match for their property. The next few days from then the house was let agreed to us. Let me make this perfectly clear to anyone reading this we gave every single document that should ever be needed to RENT not BUY a house but it was never enough. The stress we went through over this was to the extent that we decided not to rent this property one week before the move. Good Luck to anyone in the near future who has to go through what we have. You have wasted the most valuable thing in our lives and that is our time. The only reason we're giving Henry Graham Estate Agents one star is there is no option to give you zero stars. Best of luck to the homeowners.

Megan was the estate agent for the vendor we purchased the property off, meaning we personally didn’t pay for her services but I feel I need to leave a review and give credit where it’s due. During our mortgage process Megan definitely relieved a lot of our stress through her way of explaining what could typically be happening in the background. This wasn’t Megan’s job. As we weren’t her client there was no expectations for her to give as many courtesy calls as she did but it’s very clear to me she is very personable, friendly and professionally and through these check in calls my partner and I think very highly of Megan, appreciating her a lot. I cannot recommend Henry Graham Estate agents enough. Following having a difficult encounter with another estate agent I contacted Henry. Henry listened completely to my concerns and offered advice. Initial advice was to give more time with other agent and make them aware I was in contact with other agents and then recontact. This I thought shown great integrity and not your usual "cut throat" approach what can been seen within this industry to try to get clients. Upon meeting Henry he communicated very well spoke about what features should be highlighted on the sale of my house. Throughout the whole process I had regular communication via email and phone with staff in the office, especially Gail. I was kept informed throughout. I really can not recommend Henry Graham Estate agents enough. My only regret is not using them first! Thank you for everything Kerri-Marie

I was extremely disappointed with my experience with this estate agent. As a first-time seller, I was relying on their expertise to guide me through the process. After consulting a few other agents, Henry Graham provided the highest valuation for my property. Driven by the potential for a higher sale, I accepted their offer, not realising the difficulties that awaited. It became clear that the house had been overvalued simply to secure my business, and as a result, it sat on the market for six months without any serious interest. Despite having at least one viewing per week during those six months, no offers materialised. Many of the so-called potential buyers either didn’t have their own properties listed or seemed to be wasting both my time and theirs. It was baffling to have a steady flow of viewings without a single bid. After months of frustration, I reached out to the valuer, only to be advised to reduce the price by £10k. Not only was I shocked by the suggestion, but I was also taken aback by his condescending attitude, as he attempted to make it seem like I had insisted on the original price. In reality, I had trusted his recommendation, which ultimately led to this challenging and disheartening experience. I was left incredibly disappointed and frustrated, ultimately having no choice but to switch to another estate agent on the same street. Their excellent service led to my house being sold within a month, and they truly earned my five-star review. Just to note,when I decided to cancel my contact I was repeatedly told, at least four times, by the valuer, in a condescending tone, that if I switched to another estate agent and a buyer who had previously viewed my property through Henry Graham ended up purchasing it, I would have to pay full commission to both Henry Graham and the new agent. So, be aware of this if you realize you've made the wrong choice and decide to switch agents after months of wasted time. Update: My original review remains accurate, and it's disappointing that you're attempting to shift the blame onto the customer yet again. Regarding the comment below, it seems there's a misunderstanding. Your "whiz-kid" valuer actually appraised my property at between £210,000 and £220,000. While I mentioned having my home valued, I never disclosed the figure provided by the other estate agent. I trusted your valuer completely, without any pressure, to provide an honest appraisal that would help me sell my family home. Had your company delivered the service it promised, I wouldn’t have had to switch estate agents. I would not recommend this estate agents there is a better one a few doors up.
