Very poor performance! Can't recommend them. They had my property on the market for a year and consistently sent the wrong people to view it. They found a 'buyer' but didn't investigate their claim that they were cash buyers which proved false and the withdrew their offer just before exchange of contracts. This company gives estate agents a bad name!

GoogleSteer clear!!! Absolutely horrendous. Manners and professionalism were seriously lacking during my purchase. They're lucky I loved the house so much or I would have quite happily pulled out.
Dear Sally, thank you for taking the time to leave a review as it has provided us with the opportunity to reply and explain the other perspective. The property was not purchased by you, it was purchased by a company and they specifically instructed us not to contact you. On numerous occasions when you did make contact with our office, you attitude towards our staff was aggressive and confrontational. Thankfully for us, both our seller and the buyer (company) were very happy with the service we provided them. We can assure you that based on the recent experience we had in dealing with you, we hope we never have to deal with you again.

They will strongly deny this as they are above all us minions.Young kids, unprofessional, not a clue.Probably the worst company I have come across in all my years.Should be closed down

Wrote to who I believe was their CEO a T Downing concerning an issue about disability discrimination.I received no acknowledgement from him at all, nor did he reply to my concerns about a blatant discrimination act. To me if they will not take this seriously, what else will they ignore - racial discrimination, gender discrimination. On that basis people should not use this company

Disappointed and poor service. Property wasn’t pushed, no feedback given from viewings, sometimes weren’t even informed or viewings. When I collected the keys to go with a new agent they gave me the wrong keys!

This company cannot get enough of marketing unsolicited mail.....After receiving email confirmation from director Paul Wood, that I would not receive any more marketing by post, I have since received two more items.PLEASE READ THE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK ON THIS SITE TO SEE WHAT THEY ARE REALLY LIKE. Appalling company who will do anything to make money, and I mean anything.....

Worst experience ever!!!!! Very unprofessional with bad manners and bad service, they worked more for the buyer (but who was paying their bill???? not the buyer!!!!!). We have moved previously but they made this move even more stressful than any previous moves. Would NEVER use this company again...... would suggest going to another agent!!

AVOID - VERY POOR customer service. Even when trying to complain they treat you with disrespect. Disappointed as I just wanted an apology as the company was not upfront with all their requirementsFor the fees they are asking for they should try and actually understand that clients have different life circumstances
