worst experience EVER!!!!! Trying to get my deposit was like trying to find a needle in Hyde park. Every colleague was on a lunch break every time i needed someone to talk to. There was always someone else in charge of my deposit so i was literally going around in circles with a different office everyday. I finally got information of the woman in charge of my deposit and it seemed she was a secret agent at mi5. Getting in contact with her was impossible and all of her colleagues who tried to contact her on my behalf couldn't as well. how will this end? who knows

I couldn’t recommend yourmove highly enough From the initial valuation visit of my property the agent was knowledgable, professional and came with a clear and honest marketing strategy for my property. Once my property was in the market, the sales team had potential buyers lined up straight away and took care of all viewings for me, managing to sell the property within 3 weeks over the slower Christmas period. Once sold, they went above and beyond to help me negotiate my purchase of a new property which they didn’t need to do. The post sales team kept me constantly in the loop of the conveyancing process, and kept all solicitors on the job, chasing up any issues or paperwork that wasn’t on time on my behalf managing to keep Everything processing quickly and smoothly. I have used Your Move Lincoln for both renting and selling my property, and on both occasions they were excellent. I was managing my property from a distance and changed agents as customer service with my previous agent was woeful on all accounts. Your Move have been fantastic throughout, their customer service has alway been of the highest quality, prompt and professional. They are extremely knowledgeable and have always advised with a balanced view for the tenant and landlord. I decided to sell with Your Move off the back of this experience and they were once again excellent. I couldn't fault them and would 100% use them again. Your move lettings are absolute scammers very unprofessional don’t work by the acts and laws that have been put in place to stop scamming people out of their money they will take your Money in cases which they shouldn’t then pass the buck & they have no one to deal with your complaint then ignore you I would recommend to avoid your move at all costs judging by the reviews on here too how they treat people is absolutely disgusting and they are only interested in ripping people off ….. I would not use YourMove for renting your property. They do not provide a satisfactory professional service. I struggle to believe all the reviews?? They don't support you properly when there is an issue at the property they are being paid for, Bradley does not reply to emails, telephone requests and they definitely don't provide any level of support for when your tenant exits. Tenant left in June and the house sale already completed and still no sign of a return of our £200 and no resolve for the tenants and the outstanding work to be paid for??? Very poor and just impacts on the loss of our Mother. Very disrespectful and lacking any empathy as a business to its client that pays them for a Service??

Worst real estate company I've ever seen. I wrote to them 2 times on rightmove to rent a house and they never answered, so I called their office and someone told me “my colleagues in the rental department are at lunch right now, they will call you when they get back” and they never called back. I tried to contact them many times for 2 weeks for the same house and in the end I could not reach them even once.
