TrustpilotAVOID - VERY POOR customer service
AVOID - VERY POOR customer service. Even when trying to complain they treat you with disrespect. Disappointed as I just wanted an apology as the company was not upfront with all their requirementsFor the fees they are asking for they should try and actually understand that clients have different life circumstances

GoogleDanny from Pygott & Crone is a world class agent. Totally understands the needs of the customer and offers a tailored solution rather than pushing something onto you that you don't want. Highly recommend Pygott and Crone as an agent!

GoogleHad terrible service from this company. I bought a property from them and as soon as the offer was accepted they just ignored my emails. I had to find the buyer myself to get the sale through and now won't stop emailing me more houses to buy.

TrustpilotAbsolutely atrocious customer service
Absolutely atrocious customer service, including from the manager I spoke to about the numerous issues encountered. Unapologetic, and tried to but the blame on me for them not calling me back. They obviously don't want your money, don't give it to them.

TrustpilotVery poor service
Very poor service. No communication at all. I had to ring them all the time. Only managed to get 3 viewings in 20 weeks. Then had the cheek to send a bill for £150 for marketing fees !! Would not recommend at all.

GoogleWant you to get an agreement in principle just to view houses, absolute waste of time, use a decent estate agent instead.

YellSolicitor from Hell
I have just used Pygott & Crone Solictors for the sale of my house, I must says there are the worse Solictors ever. I have brought and sold property's for 35 years and ever had such an unprofessional experience.

TrustpilotBought from P&C Sleaford
Bought from P&C Sleaford. Were blatantly lied to by the agent regarding the activities of the bus company next to the house. This kind of behaviour does not give estate agents a good name.

GoogleThe two members of staff that we dealt with (Ben and Steph) were efficient, friendly and helpful. We would recommend them to others and would certainly use their services again in the future.
