GoogleTheir service has been excellent. Despite the fact that I haven't bought or sold a house through them, I would still recommend. Have helped me with trying to find the right place and I would use them without a doubt if I needed to sell.

Thank you for your review, really happy we could help. The Lovelle Team
5/5
FacebookWas welcomed back by the team at Lovelle as a returning customer, selling the house that I had bought from them a few years previous. Kept regularly updated with viewings, and throughout the whole buying process, at least one update a week, even if nothing had changed. Try proactively chases both solicitors for updates, and tried to facilitate as best they could. Could not recommend them enough, would definitely use them as my first choice if moving back to the area.

GoogleLovelle helped me secure the property I really wanted and made all processes easy and accessible. The team have been extremely friendly and patient throughout , as this was my first time renting outside student accommodation I had many questions and queries and these have all been addressed with such care and attention.

Dear Mr Storey I am sorry if there has been some confusion with regards to your appointment. I can confirm that you booked an appointment for our valuer to meet with you at your property. Our valuer did attend the appointment on the agreed day and time and waited for 20 mins. The valuer called the office to say there was no answer at your door. The office tried to call you on the number you provided and there was no answer. All of our calls are monitored and recorded and we have a log of the call. We have since contacted you again and arranged another appointment. This time our valuer did manage to meet with you and provided a valuation. Kind Regards Craig Andrews Branch Partner
