GoogleThe agency was brilliant as they were able to accommodate to my schedule as I used to live in a city that was 4 hours away from Lincoln. They used an online portal for document signing which meant that I did not need to make the trip to Lincoln twice. The agent, Daniel Hall was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process.

GoogleReceived brilliant information and help from Daniel from Haart when he showed me round the property. Provided me with all the information I needed and was always available if I needed anything. Also had a wonderful experience with Rebecca who always had time to receive my calls and went out of her way to find extra information for me and didn't hesitate to help. Would strongly recommend haart to anyone looking to buy or rent as the team there are amazing.

GoogleHaart Lincoln consistently lie to us. We asked them to let our property and collect the rent. The tenant has paid their rent each month to Haart, but to date Haart has not paid a penny of that money to us. It's been 4 months. They consistently tell us it'll be '3-5 working days ' but nothing ever changes. Haart are not to be trusted and could not organise their way out of a wet paper bag, in my opinion. We are going to be terminating our contract with them and are considering legal action for breach of contract. Use Haart at your risk!

GoogleBuyer beware!!!! Please avoid this agent at all costs if you plan to buy a house. Their business practices are entirely dishonest and misleading. They guided us to an offer, which we made, agreed to take it off the market and then allowed another party to make an offer. I made a complaint to their head office, but no reply. Please don't waste your time dealing with this organisation.They will lie to you and mislead you to line their own pockets!
Hi Mrs S, we appreciate your honest review. We set a high standard for ourselves, so we are disappointed to hear that your experience with us was not a positive one. I understand you are upset and frustrated with the outcome, however, we act for our Vendors. Once your offer was accepted we ceased viewings, however a party who had viewed twice previously came forward with an offer. By law we are obliged to put the offer forward and let our Vendor know the position of both parties. Our Vendor made the decision to proceed with the other party who were in a better position and made a higher offer, our Vendor wanted the sale to go through as quickly as possible and therefore also made the decision to instruct solicitors and not to and fro, as he had ultimately received an offer he was pleased with from a buyer in an excellent position. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We will use your comments to refine our efforts to ensure this issue does not happen again.

GoogleI met Ms Vicky Bell in the office to discuss my suggested amendments, which might increase the viewing figures for my property. On arrival, I was offered a chair and refreshments which I gladly accepted. The communication and interaction was cordial, friendly; including Vicky's professionalism. I was last involved with the property market some 10 years ago. 10 years down the line, many factors have had an impact on the property market. The main being, getting a mortgage and use of IT. The latter has an impact on how buyers behave. Vicky gave me valuable information. We agreed to make those amendments which, hopefully will improve the viewing figures. I left confident that HAART was customer focused and were doing all they could to help me sell my property as as soon as possible. It is important to note that it was Vicky who invited me to discuss improvements to the sale of the property.
