GoogleTo be honest , as long as you are dealing directly with Daniel and his team at the Lincoln office you'll have fabulous service, he works exceptionally hard on behalf of you as a landlord, however the downside is the other aspects that are not handled by the actual branch and that part of the service is poor... I have given 5* as Daniel goes above and beyond his duties.

GoogleOne of the difficult ones we had to deal with. Very very unresponsive….had to file complaint, they came back with a grant of £50 compensation and then never heard back again. Had a lovely maisonette but chose to move out to a better dealer.

GoogleMaking a move is never easy, especially when it’s 160 miles you’re moving. I don’t have a great outlook when it comes to estate agents in general, having had some bad experiences in the past. I have to say however that after meeting Elliott Cumberpatch from the Haart lincoln office that has changed. He was responsive, communicative, but not overbearing. And what a great gentleman too.
