GoogleI dealt with Alan Middlewood throughout my sale. I cannot rate him highly enough in relation to customer service and communication throughout. He was utterly professional and I would recommend both himself and his staff team who also in Alan’s absence, were always on the ball and as helpful as I would hope for, during what can be a stressful and difficult time when selling a house. Will 100% use again.

GoogleReally pleased with Robinson Jackson estate agent with the selling of our flat. It took 5 estate agents (with Robinson Jackson) being the 5th and 5 buyers before we succeeded in selling and my wife and I are delighted. We’d definitely recommend this estate agent to everyone and anyone, particularly those who may have a property that is proving difficult to sell in this current market. Our property took over 2 years to sell, not the fault of Robinson Jackson who had it SSTC within 2 months of advertising and through their hard work and dedication, that sale went through to completion. Special thanks to Alan (manager) and lovely Lorraine Giles (sales progressor) and the rest of the team.

GoogleMr. Rob Berry has been the best property agent I have met so far. Not to mention the basic things like being on time and good etiquette etc, I m a nervous buyer but he calms me with facts and transparency and manages the right expectations. He won’t rush me for decision but instead asked me to take my time and advised me which property he think is more value to money for me . Not much agent nowadays there are that honest and helpful. He and his team are also very patient answering my questions promptly. Highly recommend Robin Jackson and also Rob (thank you Rob so far , if you get to see this !) Cherry

GoogleI have just completed the sale of my property, which wouldn't have been possible without the assistance of Angharad and her colleagues, who went above and beyond to get it over the line. Several pre-existing issues meant the process was somewhat convoluted and far from straightforward, but the professional guidance, patience, tenacity and determination shown ensured the difficulties were swept away. This was all achieved with good humour, a positive 'can do' attitude and most importantly, a personalised service, which in my experience is a rare thing to find these days. Faultless service from genuine people.

From the very start of the process, I was treated with professionalism from all members of the team, and a genuine desire to help me at all stages of the sale. Chris and his team, particularly Ewa and Lorraine were fantastic at keeping me informed about where we were with everything, and helpful in chasing people and documentation. GoogleI recently had the pleasure of working with Alan and his team. They took responsibility for the sale of my house and buy oh boy, am I glad I entrusted the sale to such a professional and hard working team. The sale was somewhat protracted for a variety of reasons (none the fault of Robinson Jackson I will add) however, the team stuck to the task at hand and eventually secured a buyer. I think every property sale throws up its fair share of to and fro with the various Legal teams, my sale was no different. I would like to especially mention Stephen who managed this part of the sale, he really was exceptional. He kept me informed, he nudged me when I needed to be nudged and just kept the process moving in the right direction. Further call out for Lily who supported me with all sorts of ad-hoc requests during the sale. Each request was tended to and nothing was too much bother. If you are in 2 minds as which Estate Agent to use in the area, look no further than Robinson Jackson is my advicePositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
