GoogleI wanted to take a moment to highlight the outstanding support received from the Robinson Jackson Sales Progressor, Angharad, at a particularly challenging stage of my transaction. At one point there appeared to be an impasse between the solicitors, progress was slow and communication questionable. Her proactive approach made all the difference. She stepped in at exactly the right moment and managed to re-establish dialogue between all parties. Thanks to her intervention, outstanding issues were resolved and the transaction was brought to a successful completion. I am extremely grateful for her assistance and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone going through the buying or selling process. She is a real asset to R J. Louis

Google5 stars. These guys make a difference! Excellent service with the sale of my flat. Joe was super helpful being very professional and knowledgeable along the sales process helping to prepare and market the flat. Thanks to that we achieved the desired sale price. Angharad was also super helpful in progressing the sale providing prompt updates and keeping everyone in the loop. Ewa kept all the docs in check throughout the process. Highly recommend! GoogleRobinson-Jackson Lewisham, are simply a fantastic team and it's important to say a huge Thank You to them ALL, for making our move possible. We were blessed with having the best team of people to represent us, who also included Cook Taylor Woodhouse Solicitors. Robinson-Jackson and Cook Taylor Woodhouse's coordination, commitment and tenacity is simply second to none. But I have to say a special Thank You to Angharad. After having to deal with our buyers poor choice of solicitors, who are by far the least competent and most unprofessional firm we/they have ever encountered (stay clear of Convey Law Ltd), Angharad is a testament to the skills, knowledge, experience and dedication it takes to overcome the unwanted and unnecessary hurdles Convey Law created. Amongst the venting and laughter, Angharad's, positivity, honesty and professionalism, never faltered once and we will be eternally grateful. Thank you for being amazing and we wish you continued success.

Dana has been able to accommodate viewing on Sunday when other local agencies were shut. I was pleasantly surprised by how professional, caring and knowledgeable she is. It's so rare to come across such helpful and attentive customer service nowadays

GoogleThe first time I used Robinson-Jackson was over 10yrs ago, when I chose their Sydenham branch to sell my flat. Years later, not only are we using their Lewisham branch to sell our current home but we've lucked out with buying our forever home through their Plumstead branch too. Lily has been nothing short of being fantastic. Talking with Lily feels more like talking to a friend you've known for years. She has been consistently informative and proactive. But also displays kindness with ease, and is also so supportive. Lily is also clearly surrounded by great colleagues too. Whenever I've called into the Lewisham branch, they always have a positive, upbeat energy during our calls, they are so easy to talk to, knowledgeable and quite funny too. If Lily isn't available, I can talk to anyone, as they know who I am and they are always up to date with what stage of the process we're at. When I also email them, the same level of efficiency continues, as their responses are so prompt, to the point that I feel bad when I don't respond promptly myself. Robinson-Jackson Lewisham have a great team of people and I'm most impressed that the quality of staff has continued after so many years, as Robinson-Jackson have effortlessly managed to maintain a praiseworthy experience, from my time selling through their Sydenham branch and buying through their Plumstead branch too. We are most definitely grateful and thankful for Robinson-Jackson and we will be happy to recommend them to anyone. Thank You Lily and Robinson-Jackson Lewisham for aiding us along our journey.
