We have been with Dextors for a few years since they took over Douglas Martin's and to be honest, initially it was very difficult as there didn't appear to be clear lines of communication, with various names being involved.However more recently, Monika has been front and centre for all of our enquiries, complaints and coounication in general and things have improved greatly.I look forward to hopefully giving 5 stars this time next year.

I fully recommend Mark Dixon and the lettings team at Dexters in New Cross. As a landlord living 100's of miles from my property in Brockley, they not only sourced a fantastic tenant within days of first speaking with them, but organised house maintenance personnel, cleaners, EPC and gas safety reports on my behalf. They made the whole process of re-letting quick, easy and efficient and are very pleasant to deal with. Nothing was too much and their fees are extremely competitive.

The best agent ever. Harry has been super helpful in supporting me finding a flat. I’m going through a lot at the moment so having such a smooth and easy flat hunting process helped tremendously. He went above and beyond and showed me a flat outside of his working hours due to my working schedule not allowed a during the day viewing either. First tenancy experience

First of all I have no previous experience to compare with but I as per my opinion Dexters really tries to provide good service. There are minuses and pluses, but in general I have a good opinion about this company.I was checking in my apartment but it was not clean at all. Dexters could manage cleaning service of the carpets on the 24 of Dec right before Christmas.But after check in I have been receiving a good assistance from Property Management as well as Maintenance teams.Many thanks to Jada Palmer for her willingness to help, address the issues and quick communication with the owner of apartment.

I have worked with Donalina Gargrupe, who has been an excellent property manager. I really like the fact that she has always consulted me quickly about any problems that arise in a calm and professional manner, as well as making sure I get reasonably priced quotes for work that needs doing. The renting market in this area is tough and although I'm yet to find the right place, the team at Dexters continue to be helpful. In particular Neelam Kaur: she is proactive and has always kept her word, (i.e. contacting as agreed and promptly sending information... Seriously, this isn't the norm these days).
