Really poor organisation

Really poor organisation around a new tenancy agreement. They were slow to reply, mixed up payments and withheld deposit returns. We are left with an unsigned tenancy agreement despite living in the house for 5 weeks. Utterly useless.

I have been impressed with the service that I have received, hence still being with them after so many years. I am very happy with the service that I am receiving from Jamilah Al-Sahar who is very responsive to both my tenants and to me.
