GoogleVery impressed with the service!! Not only did they find a tenant for me in 2 days they gave me very professional advice and didn’t try to sell me their most expensive letting management deals. It was all about what suited my needs. I dealt with Mark and as a first time landlord I know I was asking him advice on things that I probably should have googled and figured out for myself but he always answered and gave his advice. Definitely recommend!!!

We are always happy with the property management service provided by Dexters as they are a professional and efficient team. And today we are extremely grateful to Donalina Gargrupe, their Property Manager. Our tenant has reported to them a boiler breakdown and a leak and Donalina has promptly responded to the complaint. She took the initiatives to contact different parties with a view to fixing the problem at the earliest, before reporting the case to us. And she is still following up the progress for us. She really gives us, and the tenant, a helping hand, especially in this cold weather. As the landord, we want to say: Donalina, your professionalism has given us a full peace of mind! I have had a Full Service Agreement with Dexters for 3 years. Have always found that the team led by Natasha have been timely and informative in their responses, issued statements on time, have handled any issues arising with the Tenants smoothly, have communicated any necessary maintenance issues clearly and then arranged for their action quickly and at a fair cost. No problem in recommending them to prospective Landlords.

GoogleInstructed Peter James to sell our house as we were leaving London. Peter at the Lee office valued our home for the right price and the Lee team found the right buyer very quickly after we listed. Unfortunately things at the bottom of the chain got a little complicated as time went on but the sales team kept us in the loop and it felt like a partnership throughout the whole process. Would recommend to anyone hoping to sell their property.

I considered three other agents before choosing Peter James because of their professional and thorough approach, but also because they had just joined forces with another company specialising in corporate leasing, and this seemed to offer a greater range of custom. From finding potential tenants, vetting them, preparing the house for leasing, dealing with multiple unexpected legal difficulties, and dealing with all the safety and legal and financial documentation, Peter James personnel were exceptionally supportive and helpful and seemingly tireless. 2nd day without boiler at 15 degrees thanks to the Dexter Wimbledon bad management and bad maitenance team. It is the second time in 6 weeks. First one we had a gas leak from Monday to Wednesday and they doesn’t care. And when Gas company verified and swich off gas at house, it took more than 1 day to come and restart again. No gas, no heater no warm water. When we contact Dexter agent manager their anwer was: i talked with the landlord and you are more than welcome to live the house if you don’t like it (in writing by email)

Really really bad agency, worst service ever encountered, especially the hyde park branch.it is always hard to contact them to get things fixed, or get any in-time reply. When we wanted to renew our contract they always pushed back either later or to someone else and then in the end we couldn't make it;Worst part is that they even ignored our deposit refund request (which should be naturally reasonably refunded), even though we check-out several days in advance + hired professional cleaning service they recommended. Again they pushed back to someone else or to the landlord, or to sometime later, anyway after one month we still haven't got our deposit refund back and there's no one taking care of this, they only care about their next tenant, once the deal is made they are just like "vanished", no service at all, completely mess, wouldn't recommend at all !
