Dear Prasanth. I am so sorry that you have had to report this. It is very important that our service is exceptional every time.
I have undertaken a full review on this reported experience and note that my Lettings team and Office Partner (Rob Iommazzo) have spoken to the tenant in great length before the tenant approached you directly. I have even listened to the recorded conversations and at no point did I gather that the tenant was unhappy. Further more, there is an email from the tenant to the lettings management team stating "thank you for your prompt attention".
Therefore I do not see why the tenant called you suggesting that there was an issue getting in touch with us. The actual maintenance issue was regarding hot water and this was just a simple case of flicking a switch to turn on and therefore I am challenged to see why our service on this occasion is considered "abysmal".
