Devon Medhurst at Conran was absolutely amazing to work with. He delt with and oversaw the sale of my flat and the purchase of my new house in Lee brilliantly, always calm and always collected. Debbie has taken over the management of my property at a sensitive moment, right at the end of a tenancy before I move back in. From day one, she has been approachable, organised, and proactive, handling negotiations with the tenants and liaising with them to arrange repairs and a survey. Conran Lee has made our life much, much easier during the process of buying our first house. They quickly arranged for property visits when we started our search, promptly answered my (many) emails/calls -before and after the offer was accepted, they arranged (yet another) visit to the house when my husband came back from working abroad and wanted to see the property for the first time in person. The speed, patience and good willing they had to solve my problems/concerns were simply outstanding. I cannot thank them enough for making a naturally stressful process much smoother. Special thanks to Joelle, Jay and Melissa for showing me the properties I wanted to see with a friendly and helpful approach; to Rob for quickly answering all my questions, addressing my concerns and arranging some extra visits and to Jay for calling back in the last weeks of the process and give me the necessary peace of mind that we would finish everything on time (we did!). I can't praise Rob and the team here enough. They sold our house for us back in the summer 2022 (7 years after being the selling agent when we bought it!) and they've been great from the start. They were very responsive and helped us push things along throughout the process (we had an expiring mortgage offer on the property we were buying and the arrival of our second child to contend with). I moved to Conran after my previous estate agent was proving useless and it was the right decision. I was dealt with by Rob who had a strategy planned for me to sell my flat, which indeed worked unlike the other estate agent who tells you to reduce your price if they cannot sell your property. This was not the case with Conran. Joelle was the negotiator I was dealing with, and she was very friendly, helpful and always communicating with me via phone or email. At the end, it all worked out and I am very happy with the service I received from both of them and Conran.
