Estate agents get a bad press so I didn't expect to enjoy dealing with Conran but, in fact, I did. They turned up when they said they would, they made a terrific video of my house, much better than the videos I saw of other houses, They were entirely transparent in their dealings with me and they sold my house in the midst of winter during a pandemic. In particular, the negotiator, Felix North, with whom I had most of my dealings, was a pleasure to deal with. Conran have been really great at taking care of us, not only throughout our tenancy through them but also afterwards! A month after having moved out of the property, a package for us was accidentally delivered to our old address. I got in touch with Guy from the Brockley office. Even though it was outside their office hours, he immediately answered my email and solved the problem in about an hour by getting in touch with the new tenants and making an arrangement that worked for all of us.
