GoogleWe had a property in Bickley that we gave to Amity to market based on previous experience with rental property. They were very thorough looked after theTenant moving out and Buyer moving in, I would definitely use them again for property in the area. Very courteous and well priced! Good job guys

GoogleBottom of the barrel estate agents. They don't care about you or your property, only money. They Don't even deserve 1 star. Communicating with them is like having to deal with a broken robot. The pictures below were described by themselves as 'a bit of condensation'. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

GoogleI'm so glad I didn't go with one of the big companies. Renting my flat out through Amity is proving to be an excellent experience. It was rented out quickly but with great attention to finding the best tenant. I feel listened to, communicated with and taken care of.
