GoogleThis is the worst and rudest agency I have ever come across. No one knows what they’re doing the manager is extremely rude. He was shouting aggressively at me over the phone as I asked for a apology for the companies wrong doing. Not professional at all and I would not recommend anyone to give business to these people.

GoogleAmity do all my lettings and offer great service. They add value to my business; by making sure I get good tenants, have no breaks in occupancy, ensure I am getting the best current rates, keeping me up to date with changes in the market etc. Brook has just done my last rental and has been extremely professional and efficient, arranged Gas, Electric and EPC certs, smooth check in of new tenants, first rate.

GoogleAfter months of trying to sell my property through another agency without result, a friend suggested I try Amity Estates. I met with Mr Bond and was immediately impressed by his professionalism. He was very helpful throughout the entire process and even recommended a solicitor, who I found to be equally as competent. Suffice to say my property was sold in a relatively short period of time. I can wholeheartedly recommend the services of Amity Estates, and in particular Mr Bond.

GoogleAmity Estates have efficiently managed my properties for the past 3 years. They are professional with a personal touch. I have found that at times they go beyond the call of duty to make sure that the service they provide is seamless . Both Bond and the administration team are professional and supportive. Their aim is to match the Landlord with the right tenants for the relevant property. I would and I have recommended their services to others.

GoogleVery knowledgeable and forthcoming with his advice. I have been working with Bond for 3 years and consult him for all property related business. He has helped me find tenants in the past and they are still my tenant - they recently signed a contract for another 3 years. Bond will do everything he can to help you find the right property, negotiate the rental agreement and get the best price for your property. I totally trust him.

GoogleExcellent service, well organized and value for money, this company is dynamite for the high street letting agents. A great team of people assisting you all the way through the letting process, they were always there with help and advice and were tremendously efficient with everything. The process was simple and straightforward and notifications of interested parties arrived promptly. I would have no hesitation in using Bond Blake at Amity Estates again.
