GoogleColin and his team have sold my mum's house in a very difficult market. I was kept up to date with weekly calls and they are all very helpful and professional. I would recommend Rowland Gorringe and would definitely use them again.

GoogleI rented through the Gorringes Letting team in August 2021, a time when renting in Lewes was extremely difficult (little available stock, high prices, and what was available went almost immediately. I found the team (Jackie and Dan) to be both professional and friendly. I couldn't fault the service and would certainly highly recommend them.

GoogleWe bought our current home from this company, when we went in to list it we found the staff full of attitude and not customer focussed at all. We sold via another agent and recently tried to register with them for a purchase of up to £1.2m and again the staff attitude was very odd. We never managed to register and frankly won’t bother. Not sure why anyone would sell via this agent, if you receive a poor experience as a customer then people looking to buy your house will have this same experience. Many better agents in Lewes like Charles Wycherley or Caroline in Oakley’s and Sue in Cubitts

GoogleIt was a pleasure working with Jo, Colin and all the team at Rowland Gorringe. They went out their way to create opportunities and follow up on everything, and sold our property quickly considering it had been on the market with another agent for quite some time previously. Their customer service is excellent and I would recommend them to anyone trying to sell a Lewes property. A huge thank you to Jo too for putting up with me calling her constantly during quite a stressful time of trying to exchange asap in order to get my daughter into her new school. She went above and beyond to do all she could, and we are delighted that everything worked out well.
