I have been constantly informed of the progress of my sale and viewings have always been arranged at times that were the most convenient to me. They have recommended several local solicitors to deal with the conveyancing and everything is progressing as smoothly as possible.
James, on the letting side, has looked after my buy-to-let flat for years and found me excellent tenants. I am always consulted when repairs or yearly services are required and the workmen he has found have been totally satisfactory. I would certainly recommend him to anyone wishing to let a property.
