GoogleWe have just purchased our property at Newhaven through Oakley. We were impressed from our initial contact to when we picked our keys up. We had the pleasure of dealing with David Beaken. He came out to show us the property (with his daughter) and we were sold.He was straight up and did not lie about anything. When we had queries about a potential TPO on the trees in our garden, he was very proactive to check this and advised accordingly! I would recommend Oakley to any potential buyers looking to buy. She priced the property at a higher price than we had anticipated and within a few weeks we sold at that asking price, so we did very well from her knowledge. The whole office was very responsive to both us and our lawyer. I would 100% recommend. Thank you!

However, Stephanie deserves a special mention, she was a brilliant letting person, helping us find new tenants and managing our property for several years. When we decided to sell David and his team ensured a smooth transaction but thanks again to Stephanie, who initially showed our buyers around the property and with her expert guidance they decided to buy it.
