We sold our property with Cubitt & West. The team at Southsea - James, Samara, Jackie and Julie - supported us through the selling process. We particularly appreciated having a sales progressor to keep things on track once an offer was secured. Together the whole team’s efforts ensured we hit our desired completion date.

Abbie Tallack ensured that I didn't lack for any information support that I needed to get my property rented with a great tenant. Being a non resident landlord and very unfamiliar with the landlord rules and regulations in the UK she took her time to explain and went over and beyond to get me pictures of the property beyond the advertising ones, arranged all that would be required to make it lettable. I have no hesitation in recommending Abbie and Cubitt & West for all non resident landlords especially. She was very very helpful and didn't mind to handhold inspite of a barrage of emails I sent her.

Truly shambolic experience with this business. (Sam, Bognor). Appalling lack of communication. Very friendly at the start but then you never hear back despite repeated requests. Have tried to log my complaint three times with absolutely no acknowledgement even that I wish to make a complaint so I've resorted to just posting my grievance here as feedback. I've moved several times over the years and never come across such diabolical customer care. And as for the conveyancing surveyors that they 'reccommend'... An eye wateringly painful experience. If you do for some strange reason "have to" use this estate agent, I strongly recommend you choose your own solicitors and avoid D.C. Law or any other online firm they suggest. Never again!Lucky to get a 2 star instead of a 1 star!
