GoogleCubitt & West Lewes were fantastic from the start. David Knox gave great advice about valuation and preparing the house for sale. A sale was achieved very quickly and on price, with great communication around viewings. Chris Bignell, Garry Wheeler and Gareth Doolan were all friendly, efficient and easy to deal with. While the sale of property which C&W managed went super-smoothly the purchase of our new house was much more challenging and this is where the vast experience, excellent communication and creative thinking of Chris Bignell and Garry Wheeler came in. Garry kept the communication going up and down the chain which kept everything on track despite multiple set backs and challenges which went on for months and months. I really appreciated regular check-ins with Chris Bignall whose informed positivity helped me to keep the faith! His years of experience and contacts helped to smooth the feathers of slightly tricky solicitor, and when our vendors made a last minute demand which threatened to derail the sale after 6 months waiting, Chris and Garry came up with a creative solution nothing short of genius. Thank you all for your support through a very stressful set of circumstances, you're a fantastic team, 5 stars aren't enough to describe the excellent expert advice and friendly effective service we received. Highly recommended.
