GooglePreseli Lettings have gone above and beyond in supporting me through a difficult period with regards to sudden maintenance of the property. They balanced my needs with needs of the tenant in a time frame which wasn't easy to deal with. They took the pressure off me,as the landlord and supported a smooth outcome for everyone. The maintenance was achieved, a deadline met and the tenant thanked for the work being done I'd like to thank all of them for their support and professionalism.

GoogleHave only good things to say about Preseli lettings. I was looking to return back home to Wales for retirement, and living in London it was difficult to make viewings in person. They were very understanding and helped me view on a day trip from London with a very narrow schedule due to the train timetable! Found a beautiful pet friendly cottage and have been settled in for a week now. The cottage was very clean when I moved in and everything worked without a problem. Have dealt with Jo (the owner), Gregg, and Catrin and they have all been very professional, pleasant and easy to deal with.

GoogleWould highly recommend conversing with Gregg, he is professional, compassionate to circumstances and responds with the utmost integrity. Truly deserves the recognition for his efforts that go above and beyond what his job would require! The landlord attempted an unreasonable claim on the deposit but otherwise was friendly and co-operative, with evidence most of the deposit was restored. Jobs around the house weren’t quickly addressed previously until Gregg provided some additional help. I would highly recommend taking plenty of photos for any new rentals to ensure that Pressli are informed of the quality of property before and after you have rented. Other than this friendly team and easy providing your place is newly renovated and functional.

They have been professional in their approach and diligent with their responses. Communication has been very prompt and always well informed. We feel that Jo went the extra mile to help us and safeguard our community club. She took time to understand what we required and was then able to guide us through the process. GoogleFrom minute one, Preseli lettings have been nothing short of fabulous. Living in Scotland and obviously viewing being a wee bit difficult, my father was allowed to view on my behalf. Jo and the team have been professional throughout but also make you feel at ease. GoogleCannot fault Preseli Lettings one bit! Since moving into our rental property any problems/faults we have had have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. Joanne's response time is just phenomenal. Can't believe the fast response and fix of our boiler this morning. Emailed the issue to them before 7am, replied to by 8am and by 10.30am it was fixed! Wonderful service and happy to be renting through them.

GoogleI moved to Haverfordwest a year ago for work. After viewing many properties with many different letting agancies, I settled with Preseli Lettings. The care and dadication to look for what best suits your needs, and the extra effort made to meet your requirements are extraordinary. Throughout the year the relationship has been cordial, and accomodation to my needs. They have been very helpful in arranging meetings and always quick with their responses both via email and telephone. I have ended my tenancy with them a week ago, and the new agency I am working with have a lot to live up to. I thank all of the staff at Preseli Lettings, but in particular to Robbie (as he likes to he called). I highly recommend doing business with Preseli Lettings.

Jo, Emma, Vanessa, Robbie (and anyone else who I may have missed), have all been extremely helpful throughout the last 12 months in helping me to settle in to my home. Whenever I've had any questions they have always been at the end of the phone / or happy to call in to see me for a chat. Adding to this I would say that their exceptional level of professionalism and prompt service has aided a smooth transition of moving house.
