Joanne has been amazing throughout the process in attaining a property to rent in Pembrokeshire. We were personally contacted via phone call when a property immediately came on the market that met our requirements, and given priority in viewing the pictures and 3D tour. Viewing was arranged promptly and I was given plenty of time to view the property and take measurements. The online portal was easy to use when going through the paperwork and making payments. Joanne was also always quick to respond via phone and email which allowed us to get everything sorted in good timing. What made things especially easy was having one point of contact which created an overall smoother process. The only negative point I have was that the check in inventory could have been more thorough, we noted many things that were not in the original inventory report which was quite time consuming on our part.

The team at Preseli let a property and sold 2 properties for us in Pembrokeshire They were helpful, professional, knowledgeable of the market and never failed to give reliable advice. The market was tough, properties were abundant making it very competitive. Yet, Preseli still managed to sell and achieve the best prices in the difficult climate. Preseli was not our first choice, but we immediately regretted not engaging them first. We felt a multi national would have greater reach. Not so. The overall service and the personal attention they gave was far superior to any other agent. Other agents treated us like a number and went through the motions with the marketing literature. Preseli produced amazing advertising to maximise the strengths of the properties. We would highly recommend Preseli Property and their services. We would like to thank them for their persistence and their patience shown, and ultimately getting the sales over the line.

What a lovely introduction to the world of renting! Myself and my partner moved in for the first time together and we were initially apprehensive about the processes we would need to follow. Having previously had bad experiences with the buying and selling process we were sceptic about the type of service I would receive from a lettings company when we needed a property between house purchases. Luckily we fell on our feet. The first company we called was Preseli Lettings. We required something very rural for the safety of our animals. They managed to do this within a week. We mainly dealt with Emma and Robbie. These lovely people made the whole process stress free. Everyone in the office is friendly, efficient and display high levels of competence and skill in their profession. When we moved into the cottage it was pristine, a very important point as we work within the food industry.
