We were one of the first clients to use the Cinch Storage at Chippenham: at the time it’s construction was not yet complete but the management and staff could not have been more helpful or obliging. They made every effort to facilitate the delivery of our consignment to the storage units and its withdrawal at a later date. It is a brand new facility (opened mid-2021) and provides a clean, practical and secure space in which to leave one’s property. Highly recommended.

Cinch Letchworth , absolutely fab staff who are very helpful and 5 stars for all of them workings at Letchworth. The rest of the review is about the building layout. I have used a few different storage buildings over the years for business storage and the Letchworth branch is an awful layout . The corridors are very narrow and in one section I was in has store units stacked on top of each other with ladder access making it a nightmare if you are moving stuff in/out whilst others are trying to pass in the corridor or access their unit above your head . Many units have limited ceiling height and some are quite awkwardly shaped so hard to stack items easily . The door to one of my units was broken clean off with the ladder movement so it was insecure for a few days . Also the lift to upper levels where majority of storage frequently brakes down . I had my stuff stuck in there most of the day when moving in and rest lifted up the stairs . But well done to the staff there .. Thank you for being so helpful.

Have recently used Cinch storage as part of a delayed house move and I have been really impressed with them. Prior to booking them, a member of the team discussed all my needs and they were very professional to deal with. Once booked, they really impressed me with the welcome and then ease of the process and at a very good price. It was also easy to use a removal company to help my move and Cinch ensured they had relevant access etc. Would definitely use again. Thank you

I was first attracted to Cinch because they were able to give a simple price response to what I asked for. No heavy sales approach or confusing discount deals.A simple price that surpassed my expectations. So I went to the site and was met with more super customer service by Lauren and Becky. Just an honest approach with a smile.The facility is clean, dry and extremely well covered in CCTV.I paid a full year up front because I'm that confident about this place, and got an even better price.
