TrustpilotExcellent service
I found using Cinch storage excellent. It was lovely to speak to someone in person. The services were very well explained to me to me and I felt able to ask questions if I didn't understand anything. The cost was made clear to me without any hidden surprises. I would certainly recommend Cinch.

TrustpilotCinch Houghton Regis - Perfect experience
Its a new store so everything is clean and tidy, they pride themselves on being competitive on price so don't just buy on-line. I was invited in to come and see the differing sizes of units before making any commitments which was really helpful. Aaron and Hafi couldn't have been more accommodating and professional. Oh and lovely coffee's :-).Service = Over and above, I certainly recommend.

TrustpilotAmazing customer service. The best
Amazing customer service with a smart safe and secure facility. My possessions were stored for over a year and came out exactly the same as when they went in. I cannot fault Jason and Matthew in Leighton Buzzard on service and care. Highly recommended needs a 6* button.

TrustpilotCan certainly recommend using Cinch…
Can certainly recommend using Cinch Chippenham, an extremely safe, clean and easy to use facility. But the main thing is the fantastic customer service, Andrew the store manager is a delightful chap. His onboarding process left us feeling confident we’d made the right choice and he’s extremely welcoming and a delight to talk to. The pricing strategy is really clear and easy to understand. Overall a delight
