GoogleAfter a valuation by a few estate agents we went with Alexander Lewis as we felt Sarah understood our property the best. Through out the process Sarah, Ed and the team at Alexander Lewis have been great. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to sell in Letchworth.

GoogleI sold my house through Alexander Lewis towards the end of last year. I dealt with the whole team - who were all very helpful and professional at all times. Our sale fell through 2 times! Resulting in us loosing a house we were hoping to buy. AL were so quick to get the house back on the market and get viewings booked in and we had another offer within the month. Keeping momentum even when we had started to loose hope. We ended up buying a new build which meant a fast exchange - and the team were excellent in keeping things moving. I definitely recommend the agency - a local independent that puts in the extra effort.

GoogleWould definitely recommend Alexander Lewis. They kept us informed and were easily contactable whenever we had a query or concern. Having a named contact to progress our sale and purchase was great and Sally did an amazing job chasing solicitors (which there was a lot of!) and liasing with others in the chain so we all knew what was going on. Can't recommend them highly enough.

We have just finalised the process of purchasing our home which was advertised by two agents one of which was Alexander Lewis and since the start of the process we were greeted by Sarah's professionalism and dedication. As first time buyers we required a lot of attention and support in making the right decision and I am please to say that Sarah has given us all the attention in going through the whole of Letchworth trying to find the best property for us. The service following submission and acceptance of our offer was kept up and second to none. I can now confirm that throughout the buying process they provided us with valuable information and we were assisted as and when chasings were required. Glenn (Director) got personally involved in every step of the way and I could always call and receive the best advice and / or support. GoogleAlexander Lewis Estates sold our house to the second person who viewed it within a week of putting it on the market! Communication was excellent throughout and Sally's skills at moving things along were very impressive especially throughout the inevitable hold ups. They are very friendly, skilled and efficient and made the whole process as pain free as possible. We highly recommend them without reservation.
