We have recently sold our house and in turn found our onward home with Maria from Chancellors in Leominster. The customer service she has provided has been excellent and she is extremely knowledgeable. Maria has always been on the end of the phone or email throughout the whole process providing peace of mind and answering all our questions brilliantly. We have recommended her to our friends and would recommend her to anyone else who is looking to buy or sell a house!

During house viewing and early consultation regarding buying a property I found Natalie very courteous and profession. She responded quickly to my phone calls, providing the required information. In clear manner Although she represents the vendors of the property that we want to buy, she does give the impression that she was doing her best to progress the sale and represent our view. She handles the inherent conflicts between buyer and seller very well. I suspect she has done a good job for the vendor. She’s a goodun!

A very polite and professional service was provided to me by Ms Palmer. I attended viewings with Ms Palmer who went out of her to assist me. Having travelled to Leominster from outside the area, she couldn't have been more attentive, helpful and welcoming.
