GoogleMy husband and I have been searching for a house for almost a year now. We finally stumbled upon one we liked the look of and booked a viewing with chancellors. On arrival at the property we were met by Natalie Palmer who was extremely welcoming and allowed us to look around the property at our own pace without any pressure which we really appreciated. We have since decided to purchase the property and have dealt with Natalie throughout the process. She is knowledgeable and extremely pleasant to deal with. Nothing is too much for her and we have found the process very easy because of her help. I hope others get to deal with chancellors - in particular Natalie - and experience the great level of customer service that we did. Thank you Natalie!

We are still in the viewing stage and Dan put us as ease, was knowledgeable without being arrogant and was really respectful of us and the house he was showing us around. GoogleViewed a property and placed an offer with NATALIE PALMER. On the Friday at 5.45pm I received a call from Natalie saying the vendor needed the weekend to mull it over, and I would be phoned by 10 am on Monday...When it got to 5.30pm, I chased, she didn't want to come to the phone, eventually I managed to speak with her, as I kept phoning. She explained that there had all of a sudden been a viewing on the Saturday morning at 9am, so she would have known about that on the Friday obviously, but she tried to tell me that they rang up and got an immediate viewing, WHAT on a Saturday, what a low life liar, no she was stalling me, she then had the cheek to ask me to enter a bidding war...I immediately pulled out, due to her lies and absolutely despicable behaviour...Having sold and moved out and paying dreadfully high rent whilst trying to buy, I am in a good position, she knew my situation, and asked for bidding war with first time buyers living at home with parents...How callous of her.

GoogleIn anticipation of our move to Herefordshire we contacted Chancellors in Leominster to arrange to view a property we had seen on their website. Natalie Palmer answered our call and arranged the viewing. She then identified a number of other properties which met our criteria. As 'out of towners' our time in the area was limited but Natalie quickly and efficiently managed to arrange viewings for almost all of the properties to take place during the same afternoon. We appreciated, very much, Natalie's time and expertise both during that afternoon and in the various telephone conversations we have had over the past two weeks.

GoogleBadly managed, terrible customer service, if you go to buy a house will have to be prepared to do all of the chasing and don't expect a response from them if urgent. Call first time buyers" Nieve" in emails even when you do as they requested!! Told us a pack of lies and can't even label up house keys correctly as gave us someone else's house keys on the day we finalised!!! Avoid at all costs and use a proper managed estate agents

GoogleI was greeted punctually in a warm professional and friendly manner by Daniel, whom had all the information regarding the property at hand. I had a thorough yet relaxed tour of the garden, grounds and house, taking note of particular unique features. I was very happy with the viewing, and am most happy to recommend Chancellors.
