I've had a very good experience viewing a couple of properties with Chloe. She has been very professional from start to finish. Chloe was very knowledgeable about the properties and answered all my questions, and never made me feel rushed or pressured, even when there was a hick up with keys and running very late! Communication has been excellent before and after the viewings. Chloe is friendly and approachable and I hope she can continue to show me around properties when I'm in a better position to put offers in.

Becky at Chancellors in Leominster (And Daniel prior to Becky) have been beyond helpful. Words cannot do their professionalism justice. Always communicative, always helpful and never have been too busy to talk to me. Everything is backed up with emails which really helps - even if they have had to leave a voucemail. I cannot say anything negative and (hopefully not too soon) will definitely be using them in the future. Out of several estate agents in the area I would ONLY recommend Chancellors.
