I have carried out a thorough investigation and there is no-one matching your name in connection with any enquiries about properties that were being actively advertised for sale since lockdown was lifted. I recall that my husband, Mike, had a very unusual phone call a few weeks ago with a Mr Molyneux. Unfortunately, Mike who is a solicitor rather than an estate agent could not give him any information on a property which was under offer, owing to client confidentiality. He was also dealing with an urgent matter for one of his clients and therefore unfortunately could not take time to discuss general market conditions. I then discussed the current housing market with Mr Molyneux and gave him some advice. I also apologised to him as Mike had to end the conversation. I understand that securing a property in these times is very stressful and frustrating for buyers so I would be happy to give you information on the current market if this would be helpful.
