Excellent small estate agent and conveyancing service. Mike and Christine manage a small portfolio of properties for sale so can give a much more personalised service than bigger agents. The company handled our property sale and purchase and we couldn't be happier with their service. Great "old school" legal service where the conveyancer really looks out for their client and thinks beyond the paperwork - flagging up risks and suggesting solutions. Christine from Mike Smith Properties visited the flat and gave us simple, clear advice on how to prepare the flat for the Photographer. Christine kept us informed when the Photographer was running late for our appointment. The Photographer was very experienced and produced quality photographs for the Home Report and online advertising. We were given a choice of dates for the Surveyor to come to gather information for the Home Report. When the flat was advertised Christine kept us informed everyday about the latest developments and she managed to arrange viewings in groups so that we only had to go into the flat once a day. We even managed to get a day off! After eleven viewings Christine organised a closing date for offers. She also dealt with all the awkward questions about money. This was a big relief for us and reduced our anxiety levels. There were five offers on the day and it is lovely to know that another family with a student will be moving in to enjoy the benefits of the flat for student life in Glasgow.
