GoogleThanks to the coda team for helping me find a new home. Jennifer in particular has been outstanding. When new places were coming up she let us know before they went on market. When we were selling our home, our buyers commented on how easy it was to access the agents for home reports, viewings and additional information. Highly recommend coda for buying and selling

We achieved an excellent price and I’m sure this is partly due to the professional way the viewings were conducted in our absence. I highly recommend this company.

GoogleScore = 0. After waiting for six months to get Council permits to move it, had to give up and search for another house. Took six more months. Now the keys are sitting in the agency for over two months and still not handed over to us. Please, wise up!! 16 Jan 2026, again cancelled... and now it's 5 months waiting for the F keys 🤬

GoogleReally happy with my experience with Coda Estates. This is where I got my place from, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Whenever anything needed fixing, they were quick to send people out and get it sorted. Communication was great, and they were easy to deal with throughout. I’d definitely recommend Coda Estates to anyone looking for a reliable and helpful agent.
