GoogleI have used Hamilton Smith for the last 9 years in both the rental and sales department. Luke has always been there to help me whether it is finding a tenant for my property or advising me on using the best home repair service. He has also successfully sold my property and has always responded to my many questions. The company offers a very personal touch for its customers with trust worthy advice and support

GoogleTerrible company !! Definitely not recommend , rented a house in Leiston , heating pack up in winter & I had young children at the time . Basically i was accused with tampering with central heating !!. Went to local C.A.B. and employee from Leiston branch , had to be restrained & was asked to leave building !!. Absolute physcho !!. ☹

GoogleCommunication skills and attention to detail is probably the worst I’ve witnessed. Will agree something in person but then say the complete opposite behind your back. Will definitely not be recommending or using again.

GoogleBought our 1st house and sold 1st and 2nd houses through Hamilton Smith. Amazing service on every occasion and they were more than happy to help with any questions we had and were very good at chasing up solicitors and buyers in the chains. Couldnt wish for a better service

GoogleVery efficient and professional. Tried to sell my house with other estate agents locally but they gave unrealistic valuations. Sold with Hamilton's very quickly and went through very smoothly.
