Hamilton Smith Leiston reviews

I couldn't recommend Hamilton Smith more highly they are by far the best Estate agents in the area. Both Luke and Linda were professional helpful and also became good friends during the sale of my property and the eventual purchase of another property through them. Initially I purchased another property but through the total incompetence of the agents involved ( P&P ) dealing with the property i finally pulled out after months of unanswered phone calls and getting no where closer to completion. Luckily for me a property came on the market that was being dealt with by Hamilton Smith which i immediately fell in love with and purchased and within six weeks I moved in. I'd like to give Linda a special mention she became a shoulder to cry on at times whilst always staying positive with her advice which I finally took and I couldn't be happier in my new home.

I am writing to warn prospective landlords that Luke Vale is the most unscrupulous and dishonest person I’ve ever met in my life. He breached the terms of the tenancy contract and colluded with the tenants to occupy my property whilst he was telling me the house was empty. Meanwhile I was paying him full management fee to look after my house as I was away. The whole office is toxic because the complaints are seen by him ! He is a bully.

I would highly recommend Luke and his team at Hamilton Smith. They dealt with the sale of our property in Aldeburgh faultlessly. The team showed dedication, professionalism and kept us well informed throughout the process. A huge thank you to you all! 🙂 …

Luke and Linda from the Leiston office of Hamilton Smith were very helpful throughout our property sale. We purchased the property with Luke’s help originally so took the opportunity to use them again some years later. Professional approach at all times and they kept us across progress while liaising closely with us and our buyers.

I did not have a good experience with this company - I found the staff to be unhelpful and rude. Will definitely not be using again. I sent many photos of different issues, including mould, which never got sorted and even lost a large amount of deposit despite having to source my own dehumidifier and using other appropriate measures. Even had to deep clean the oven when I moved in.

I would highly recommend Hamilton Smith Estate Agents and Luke Vale specifically because they are on it! If there was a question or concern they attended to that immediately in the most helpful of ways. Very good service and knowledge

Recently sold a house via Luke at Hamilton Smith. I chose to sell using Luke after seeing how well he managed a friend's rental property. Luke is friendly, pragmatic, knows his industry and trustworthy. His high levels of integrity and responsiveness to requests during the sale we're impressive. I'm very much hoping that our next house will be purchased via Luke.

I have used Hamilton Smith (Leiston) for both selling and buying properties. Luke and his team are very professional and efficient in what they do. Having also dealt with their local competitors they remain the only estate agent in Leiston that I have never had a negative experience with.
