A competent efficient service offered by all, not at all pushy, considerate and thoughtful regarding my concerns. GoogleWas really please with the service I received from brown and merry with buying my first home. Before buying I rented through brown and merry and my experience with the letting’s team jade and andrew was always excellent, when I mentioned wanting to buy my first home they referred me over to their sales team I initially spoke over the phone with Lauren was was very helpful in sending me over property’s that would be a good fit, she put me in touch with the mortgage advisor Naeem who gave me financial information that comes with moving and later did my mortgage. Linda was also a huge help with explaining the process that follow’s. Would 100% recommend.

GoogleI had a mortgage review in their office and was very interested in a couple of the options discussed. they promised to look into them and get back to me. However, I've been ghosted by them ever since despite several calls and emails asking for updates. Would have been nice to be informed that the options were not feasible or they just were not interested in my custom.

From our very first viewing, he was friendly and even while our references were being checked, Andrew arranged for us to go back and take measurements, which was such a huge help for planning our move.
