Possibly the worst estate agent in history. We live opposite this bunch of fools in St Albans and for the last three years their alarm goes off after midnight all the time and we cannot sleep .if they cannot sort out an alarm problem then they are not that good for property matters . Avoid at all costs.

GoogleUsed Ashtons for the sale of my house. Emma came round initially and she was absolutely fantastic. She showed a genuine interest/passion in my home were other estate agents didn’t. Kept me up to date throughout. The same can be said about the lady who came round to take pictures of the house, she did a brilliant job. I’d thoroughly recommend using Ashtons.

I found the staff to be helpful and accommodating when we needed assistance and the sale was relatively free of problems.

GoogleWe got great service from all the team while selling my father’s house. Communication was always good and prompt and we were always kept informed. As we don’t live locally the team were always willing to accommodate help for us which really assisted. The branch also changed ownership during our sale process and it wasn’t noticed by us as the ex same quality of service was maintained.

GoogleThe process of obtaining a valuation and putting our property on the market was extremely efficient and very professional. Emma spent time with me getting to know our property and provided guidance as and when requested. Within 4 days of being on the market, 2 of which were a weekend. We received our first offer.

GoogleAfter having been on the market with a different agent and having no viewings in 2 months, I had 4 viewings within 48 hours with Ashtons and had accepted an offer within 5 days. My only regret is not choosing Ashtons sooner; Emily and Mollie are so communicative and very helpful and I would recommend Ashtons to anyone selling in the area.

Absolutely awful. After being accepted by landlord they found a y reason for revenge on me After reporting one of them for discrimination, well she got her revenge and we have been left without a house to move too... now struggling to find a new home After having given notice to my landlords. Only one of them deserves some respect COLIN HICKEY, only professional agent.
