Julie Rowley at Ashtons was our point of contact throughout the sale of our property and purchase or our new home. For a number of reason, the sale/purchase dragged on for over 7 months and Julie kept things moving with amazing expertise and professionalism. With regular weekly updates, Julie was on the phone anytime there was movement and kept the sale/purchase on track by constantly keeping in touch with all the other agents involved. I could not recommend Ashtons highly enough and Julie Rowley at the Leigh branch was outstanding throughout. She helped made a very stressful process much easier to deal with.

I had a great experience working with Mollie as our estate agent. She was instrumental in helping us find a buyer for our house and made the whole process much smoother than we expected. Molly was always on hand to answer any questions we had and provided support whenever we needed it. Her communication was excellent, and she kept us informed throughout every stage of the process. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble for her. Not only was she professional and knowledgeable, but she was also genuinely friendly and approachable. It was a pleasure working with someone who cared about making the experience as stress-free as possible. I would highly recommend Mollie to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Having seen Ashtons selling locally to me and reading good reviews of their service, I asked them to do the initial valuation on my rental property that I was looking to sell. Emma came out to do the initial viewing and was very helpful at pointing out what I could do to improve the chances of the property selling, but also the value it would attract. Following the completion of some remediation works, I commissioned Ashtons to sell the house and the process was incredibly straightforward with a really good set of photos and the advert looked great. I was provided a link to the app where I could monitor and respond to booking and offers, which made it easy to track progress. It took a while to find a buyer, but that was mainly due to a dip in the market and the expectations of some of the viewers. Eventually though, an offer was made and Mollie kept me up to date with developments and what the solicitors were doing. This made for a easy sale overall. The team were friendly, easy to get hold off, dealt with all the viewings without me needing to be involved and I think the price was good given the work they put in to get it shifted. Would definitely recommend.
