GoogleI used Winkworth as a Letting Agent and had good service for the last five years marred somewhat by Covid. All of the letting staff were very helpful. On deciding to sell I chose to use Winkworth for this. Paul Benge has done a great job in marketing the property with good communication and it sold pretty quickly. So altogether, a good choice for both managing rental and selling properties.

GooglePity they dont vet out the clients who rent from them. I now have neighbours from hell living next door where it has always been a peaceful and respectful place to live. Let's hope they don't pay there rent and get evicted sooner rather than later.
