I put my property on the Market with Think in May 2017. We had a few viewings but we weren't receiving any feedback from Think Every time someone had been round we had to get in contact with the agent to hear any feedback - was there something we could change or did the property simply not suit the viewer etc? I didn't feel we had a good level of service, I don't think we should have to do all the chasing as the seller, we are paying for the service after all. I called Think to advise them I was unhappy with the service and I didn't feel they were marketing the property well & I would be listing the house with another agent - miraculously there was a viewing with Think the very next day and an offer was made which we accepted. So yes, ultimately they achieved the goal and sold the house but I feel they weren't doing all that much to get the house sold in the time it had been on the market with them. Someone else had said to me they felt Think were more interested and oriented towards lettings rather than sales, perhaps that's why they weren't doing much to get our property sold I don't know how true that is. Having said all of that, when the offer was accepted and we were waiting for it all to go through I couldn't fault them at all. They stayed in contact at all times and kept both the buyer and seller updated throughout each stage.

My experience of Winkworth’s was brilliant. So different to other estate agents- helpful, responsive, not pushy and communicative. James Blomfield in particular was exceptional- his communication, manner and efficiency together with the fact that he seems to really want to help clients means that he was a pleasure to deal with. I would not hesitate to deal with James again and in fact wish that he could give training to other estate agents. Absolutely brilliant.

We recently bought a property using this agency. They were extremely helpful from start to finish. As with all property purchases, we did experience delays however, they were always chasing the solicitors on our behalf which made the whole experience less stressful for us. We had a couple of things we wanted to have repaired within the property before we were happy to progress and they made sure the matter was sorted very quickly. Not recommended.. I saw a flat to rent on this agency and I call to book a appointment to see the flat.. Been told me the landlord was not available to show the flat on that day and they told me to call back Monday again if no one's call me before 12h.. So Monday I call and finally get a appointment for Tuesday at 17th. . So I talk with my manager and changed my day off to go see the flat and probably close this rent.. But This Tuesday I get a call from this person (Emilie Raker) canceling the view because the flat already been taken.. What can we expect from this agency??? No credibility, because after 4 calls and expression my interest in this flat and asking for a view everything been cancelled.. Really bad...

Recently completed the sale of our large family home. Winkworth weren't the agent we chose first- we naively went with 2 other agents that gushed more when they viewed the house but when the other agents had failed to sell, we went to Paul at Winkworth. He seemed very good at managing the process after the viewing- negotiating low ball offers up to something that was acceptable and we sold very quickly through Winkworth having failed for a year with 2 other agencies. We have also used these as lettings agents for several years now and have found them to be far better than any other companies we have worked with. Honest, hard working and very professional. I have just rented a property through Winkworth and I have to say it has been a completely thorough and professional service. Helen Barker has looked after me throughout and responds quickly, gets any issues dealt with and has been so accommodating with going round to the property prior to moving in. I contacted numerous agents prior to finding this property and they were all appalling to deal with, to the point you are lucky to even get a call back when asking just to view a property. A good agent is rare to find and this is by far the best agent I have ever dealt with.
