GoogleI have worked with Mark Newman at Winkworth (formerly Think) for many years on the rental side and always found them to be very professional and efficient in all our dealings. I recently appointed them to sell my property and found Paul Benge and his sales team to be equally professional and timely in all my dealings with them too. Having had many years of dealing with Estate Agents it is nice to find one in my home town that really appreciates customer service and who your feel is working at all times in your best interest - thank you.

GoogleThe Letting agents at Winkworh Leigh on Sea are amazing! They’re so warm and friendly. Nothing is ever too much trouble. In fact they go above and beyond in every way. They supported me with my tenancy agreement and were so patient. I must mention Helen. GoogleJames and Paul at Winkworth managed the process of my wife and I selling our house end to end and we honestly couldn't be happier. They always kept us in the loop and worked incredibly hard to make sure the process was as smooth as possible. I would recommend the whole team at Winkworth to anyone especially James and Paul. A special mention to Mark too who we dealt with on a few occasions and found to be equally lovely.

GoogleWe were delighted with the services provided by Paul during our recent house sale. He was very thorough in following through with all necessary parties in bringing our house sale to a conclusion, our solicitors were also highly complementary of the service he and Winkworth were providing throughout the process. Whilst the sale took longer to complete than we would have originally anticipated, political and financial events had their part to play which were somewhat unprecedented. We would certainly recommend Paul and his team at Winkworth Leigh on Sea based on our experience.

GoogleI’ve recently rented my flat through Winkworth and I honestly can’t complain about anything. Particularly Helen Barker, who was my main point of contact through the entire renting application process, but the whole team are friendly and approachable. They were always quick to respond and very attentive- maintenance issues were sorted quicker than I’ve ever known (within a couple days!) thank you so much!

GoogleWe recently had help from Helen to rent a flat in the Leigh area. It was a really lovely and easy experience from the beginning of our interest to completion. Helen’s approach was perfect and what we liked was the speed of completion to rent our flat. This was helped by the portal they use where you can sign all contracts and docs and also the inventory. Helen was very accommodating with our request to move as quickly as possible! We definitely recommend!
