GoogleI cannot rate Anthony & his team enough! I sold my flat in Leigh in September from the start having my photos done by Andrew which can I say looked amazing 😍 from being sold over one weekend. They were on top of everything throughout the sales process and I was always updated. I have now recommended EC to my parents to sell their home 🏠 thanks guys

GoogleI could not recommend Essex Countryside enough, Anthony and his team are highly knowledgeable of the market. This was the first time we had sold a house so did not know what to expect. They were always there at the end of the phone from the very start til the end. They offered a friendly and professional service throughout. Dont hesitate to give them a call and get your house sold or find your dream home :)

Has a sweaty man come round and take mediocre photos of our place making it look almost smaller than it actually was. Tried to craft his way into getting us to spend more money and customer service is a solid 0. Half of the team was away on holiday and there young employees had no interest in helping us at all. It gave “as long as i get my pay check”. Don’t recommend.

GoogleExcellent agents! They sold my property in just under two week. From the initial valuation by Ben and then Hollie doing the viewings, the process was professional and seamless. Hollie was brilliant from beginning to end. Polite and helpful, always on hand to help and answer any questions we had. Her communication was great. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and Essex Countryside.

Their advice to change aspects of our house listing meant that we went from no viewings to receiving an offer within 2 days of them making the changes. Throughout the house sale Anthony and the team kept us informed of progress. Would fully recommend

GoogleI believe it's the team that make an Estate Agent successful and Ben and Hollie in the Leigh-on-Sea branch are an absolute credit to Essex Countryside. From the first meeting with Ben, who's positivity and proactivity made us put our flat on the market with him (where others had failed to!) to him and Hollie organising and carrying out viewings, which led to a sale in a very short period of time, and then Hollie dealing with the sales progession with enthusiasm and unending patience, remaining positive and professional to the completion of our sale.
