GoogleI cannot reconmend Essex Countryside estate agents highly enough. what a superb dedicated team they are. our sale was not a smooth ride due to lets say "solicitor issues" but these guys really went above and beyond to get it over the Line. id like to really thank Anthony and Hollie especially who are a massve asset to the company thank you for the superb service you both made it much easier. GoogleBought a home through Essex Countryside & the service has been brilliant from start to finish. Big shout out to Hollie who arranged for us to visit the property several times & kept us well informed on developments. Every one of the team was always around if ever I needed to speak to anyone. Exchanged contracts in just over 5 weeks. Whilst that can be dependent on the chain, EC knew mine & the vendors desire for a quick sale, and pulled out all the stops to ensure that happened.

As first time buyers we weren't entirely sure of the process in buying our first property but they were extremely helpful and kept us fully informed along the way. Hollie was amazing and regularly chased the solicitors for us and ensured we were kept in the loop with any updates. I can honestly say that she went above and beyond updating me on all scores and we were the buyers She worked tirelessly to get this purchase through which was not straight forward. GoogleAfter our house not selling after nearly a year with two different estate agents, and lots of tears and frustration, we was thinking we would never sell our house this was until We decided to go with essex countryside, who were recommended to us by family, and wow they didn't disappoint. Through the start of the process, when Ben came round for the first appointment, then Hollie getting people through the door to view and to offers. After accepting a offer, and advising on solicitors our house sold very quickly, and the communication was outstanding from essex countryside through out, Hollie was always on the end of the phone to listen to anything we had concerns about, even when I struggled to get through to my solicitors at times, essex countryside were on it straight away to get me updates. From only taking 2 weeks to get a sale and the house sale going though in 11 weeks once offer was accepted, so 13 weeks in total, although our house was down values abit by surveyors, luckily not by a massive amount, this didnt delay the process, and up to moving day, essex countryside made sure someone came to collect the keys for us, so the process could continue to run smoothly, All-round essex countryside in leigh on sea were fantastic and we are so grateful for a great estate agents who could deliver and could sell the house. GoogleWell, its been a long journey, I must add here through no fault of Essex Countryside. But we got there in the end. I was with another local agent, one I have used in the past, for a few weeks prior to joining Essex Countryside. I can't believe the difference in service, like chalk and cheese. From the 1st phone call - till a visit and the pictures were taken, I was made to feel important. The pictures and attention to detail was SUPERB, beautiful. In actual fact my house looked better in the pictures than I thought it was! Then I was introduced to Hollie, (Or H, as she was described in her office) who has been with me on the journey, she has dealt with everything with curtesy and patience, and followed though and responded to all queries. It has been a long drawn process, through incorrect information supplied to a search provider. Who then had to go back and wait for it to be rectified. If you are looking for a local agent, look no further, you will be made to feel that you are the only customer. I can't recommend Essex Countryside highly enough. My property was uploaded to Rightmove, and within 15/20mins of being online, I received a call to say they had a viewer, the following day I received an acceptable offer. Theresa Franklin.

GoogleCould not recommend Essex Countryside enough! Our journey started with Ben who was so helpful and knowledgeable as well as a thoroughly nice bloke! Then Hollie took over from sales progression and just… wow! She made it happen for us, chasing, keeping us updated, always available to answer any questions and just the best estate agent we’ve EVER worked with (and we’ve been looking for a house for over 2 years so have worked with a lot) - the absolute best in the business and couldn’t recommend her, Ben and the team enough. Thank you for getting us into our forever home!
