GoogleAwful, snobby and high opinions of themselves. Very unprofessional pushing us and telling us what other potential buyers had offered which is unethical at best! It was their supercilious attitude that put us off the property we were looking at and actually quite interested in. I would never sell my house with them!NegativeProfessionalism
Dear Mrs Raynor, To be clear on our part we are instructed by our client (in this case the seller) to ensure that we qualify and substantiate interest and offers and work on their behalf. In 2019 against both our advice and our clients' wishes in a very difficult time for them which included a bereavement, you made direct contact and subsequently an offer on our clients' property at substantially under their expectations and the open market value of their property; at that time £60,000 below the Guide Price. You were made aware at that time that our client was made to feel harassed and pressured by you against their wishes, and were clearly requested to direct any further communication through Alexanders as the acting agent. Upon relisting our clients' property to the market recently, our client agreed to facilitate another viewing for you despite your unprofessional and aggressive approach last year. At that time we informed you that there was strong interest in the property and offers at and around the Guide Price. We have never disclosed exact offer levels, buyers' details or their circumstances to you or anyone else with the exception of our client. Following your viewing of the property on 25/9/2020 we have tried on several occasions to call you to gain your feedback but have had no response to those calls to date. We have not received an offer from you in person, in writing, or with any substantiation of how you would proceed and unfortunately we are unable to move forward or relay any interest that you may have had in the property as you have not returned our calls. It is with regret that you would not recommend us as a firm, but I absolutely assure you that we have acted ethically, responsibly, and upon the absolute instruction of our client; the seller of the property in question. We have now agreed terms to one of a number of buyers at a substantially higher level than you were prepared to pay subject to the sale of your property in 2019. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss this matter with you further should you feel it appropriate.

GoogleAlexander's estate agents are truely a professional outfit .Though on the expensive dide , they are definitely worth it. Emily's and Harry's customer service iimpeccable.They always picked up the phone or called back immediately and were always willing to give helpful advice. We would definitely recommend them to anyone fed up with the poor service offered by lazy estate agents out there who are quick to put up a 'sold' sign when an offer is accepted but fail to then provide any form of service thereafter - a situation which fails to see the sale process through to 'completion'.

GoogleSelling your home, especially when it's a large old property you have restored and cared for, for over 25 years is a difficult experience and everyone at Alexanders has understood, cared and worked hard to find a new family to take over. They have listened, they have not been salesmen and women in the "Estate Agent" stereotype mould but worked with us through some trying times with honesty and integrity. GoogleWe first instructed Alexanders back in 2018 however due to a sudden bereavement in the household, my property had to be removed from sale. Alexanders were most courteous and understanding and made no attempt to bother me at any time to establish if I was ready to re-market the house. They even sent me flowers after my loss. One couple that had made an insultingly low offer attempted to deal with me directly, despite the fact my house was no longer on the market, so I asked Alexanders to make contact with them to prevent further contact. This same couple expressed an interest when my house recently came back on the market and I asked Alexanders to ensure they were not about to waste my time with yet another ridiculous offer . For following this up on my behalf, they appear to have received criticism and a one star rating. I can only say that Alexanders have behaved with great respect during a difficult time and since recently remarketing the property have kept me fully informed throughout the process.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

GoogleAlexanders Market Bosworth have helped me sell three houses, they are professional, helpful and were always on hand if I needed them. They turned up when they said they would and nothing was too much trouble. The team worked hard to get the viewers in and followed through all the way to completion. After working with other estate agents, there is no comparison in my opinion, if I ever need to sell again I wouldn't hesitate in using Alexanders again. Don't waste your time with the other agents and call Alexanders for a positive sale experience.

Alexanders are little more expensive than some other local and national estate agents and I was sceptical as to what they could offer over and above other estate agents for the additional costs - however, Harry convinced me (not an easy task Harry will tell you!) and I can honestly say it was the best decision we made. I never felt like anything was too much trouble, and our sale went through very quickly. A special thanks also to Emily who was absolutely fantastic with dealing with both sides of solicitors and helping reassure us through the whole process.
