We can't recommend Alexanders enough. The Market Bosworth team were absolutely fantastic from first contact all the way through to completion and even beyond. We initially got in touch with Alexanders to purchase a property, and having had some issues with our own estate agents, we decided to then switch and have them sell our house too. This was honestly one of the best decisions we made and my only regret is not having done it sooner! Both Anya and Emily were absolutely fantastic - so friendly and helpful, and so brilliant at getting the job done. We had viewings coming in very quickly, and within a couple of weeks we had a serious buyer putting an offer in. We felt understood and supported, which was so needed after our previous experience (nearly two years on the market and two failed sales with another agent). After we accepted this offer, everything ran smoothly and what could have been a very stressful time was made much easier by the work that Alexanders put in. Communication was always spot on, and we couldn't have asked for more. The team were also fantastic at supporting us through the purchase of our now-home. It wasn't smooth sailing due to our previous failed sales, but the team were always helpful, supportive, and honest with us, which we really appreciated. Thanks to their help, we now live in what was always our absolute dream home and we couldn't be happier. So a big thank you to the Alexanders team from us. We will be singing your praises to everyone we know.

The team (Mollie and Cassie) were very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. They took a keen interest in asking questions about our requirements and also thoroughly answered the questions we had. Alexander's have been fantastic from the beginning of the process right through until the end of the process. During the stressful moments Alexander's was always there when i needed them for reassurance and advice. Having not moving house for over 20 years i forgot how emotional and stressful it was. Nothing was ever too much for them and they often chased things up for me and kept me well informed. Molly is fantastic and will do everything she can to help with any problems or issues you may have and chased things up where ever possible. The whole team is fantastic. At the beginning when i first asked different estate agents to value my property they all seemed to be at a loss as to what to value my property at. Alexander's knew exactly what they was talking about and gave me a full explanation how they valued the property and they was very professional and their valuation was bang on the dot. My property was sold very quickly and in fact i had a choice of people that i could sell it to. Now that we have moved into our new house and starting to settle we are as happy as bunnies. Obviously Alexander's are a business who needs to earn money, however compared to other estate agents out there they are worth every penny and in my opinion far more professional and caring. If you want a realistic valuation from a company that you can absolutely trust 100 percent. If you want a company that cares and goes the extra mile to to help and reassure you whenever possible then Alexander's estate agents is who i would definitely highly recommend.
