I reached out to your move a couple of years ago as I was decided whether to sell or rent my property out. As soon as I made a decision to rent I was appointed Lewis McLean who came to visit the property and discussed in detail all of my needs, answered all the questions I had and kept in touch with me throughout the whole process. After hearing horror stories about renting out your family home Lewis reassured me all the way and gave me up to date information, services he can provide according to my needs and advice on how I can make my property more marketable. Really appreciated their services and help and their overall commitment and dedication from the sellers and the buyers. Once both parties are happy, they always start moving ahead with their offers and do not pretty much, Scam like other estate agents. Also they are - Agents of their word - as I’d like to call it and always do and will stick to what they say and you immediately receive help if you are somewhat confused in purchasing your property whether your a first time buyer or not regardless. All questions are answered to customer’s satisfactory. Also the personal dealer of my case - Billie Ford - absolutely helpful person and I really appreciate that, I do.

Very poor service. My agent had no interest in helping me after my offer was accepted and would take weeks to respond to emails. My offer wasn't communicated to the seller or my solicitor which left me out of pocket. They've offered no assistance or advice on this. Again they have not responded to me. My solicitor (recommended by your move) also had a security breach which wasn't communicated to me leaving me clueless and very concerned for months. I would advise anyone already using this branch to use none of their recommendations and opt for a private firm. I personally would never use your move again to buy or sell.
