Shocking service from this estate agent . Moved into a property on rent since June and communication has been extremely poor from Lewis. Communication by email and phone is unprofessional and they don’t take responsibility of the things they are supposed to deal with. Property has had numerous issues since moving in and some are vital issues at this time of the year such as water temperature and heating issues (which have not been easy to cope with whilst I was ill for a week). They give you a maintenance number to call but they don’t even get back to you. Then you tell the agents to escalate and they do nothing about it. Urgency does not exist with this agent, until they can sort out the issues then this review stands the same. Absolutely shocking
