GoogleExcellent service from Nikhil Bhatia, I saw him amid viewing with someone else, he noticed I struggle with English and instantly asked me best language to communicate in, he somehow understood I did not understand the process for renting in this country and followed through the whole process with me swiftly and efficiently, the time he took with me is what I am most impressed with.All though I haven’t yet bought property of Your Move I can already confidently say I will be going through this company and especially this young man as he has provided excellent customer service, no other estate agent like it honestly! GoogleBeware of Booking Property Viewings with Your Move If you're considering booking a property viewing with Your Move, you might want to think twice. My experience with them left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. From the moment I expressed interest, I was bombarded with calls, voicemails, and rude emails. What's worse, when I voiced my displeasure, I received even more disrespectful communication, including threats to archive my contact details. Shockingly, this behavior came from the branch manager herself. It's not only upsetting but also baffling how such unprofessionalism can exist in the real estate industry. Ultimately, this aggressive approach is driving potential buyers away, leading to a significant loss in sales for them. Proceed with caution if you choose to engage with Your Move.
We are sorry to read your review. As an estate agent we provide a level of service to our customers which is includes obtaining feedback once a viewing has taken place. We will try via the phone and follow up with an email 3 times before we report back to our seller that feedback couldn’t be obtained. We are sorry if you feel you were bombarded with calls and voicemails that was not the intention, we were following our process. Our process if a customer doesn’t wish to take calls or emails before/after a viewing then we archive their details so we don’t cause any further frustration.

Always there at the end of the phone to sort out any issues or advice you may need. Also he assisted in contacting solicitors and any other agencies if you can not get through to them.
